El Salvador Santa Ana Single Origin Coffee

Washed, fermented for 8 hours, then dried on a clay brick patio, one of the most detailed and deliberate processing methods in our range. Grown on a farm shaded by Inga and fruit trees, home to deer, birds and armadillos.

Flavour: Sweet and mild, with plums and chocolate, gentle acidity and a rounded, generous body.

Best brewed as: Espresso, sweet milk based drinks, or a rounded filter coffee.
